The principal Consultant - Cecilie Naess - has over 25 years' experience in the resources industry in both commercial and technical senior roles. Extensive experience in corporate and mine site business analysis, including financial modelling and valuation of all major commodities in a global environment. Valuations and management of company transforming mergers, acquisitions and divestment of mining assets. Responsible for successfully implementing extensive business improvement programs, and have managed mine site commercial departments including Company Secretary responsibility, Holds Masters degrees in Business Administration and Petroleum Engineering.
