Our mission is to advance the national conversation on stress injury formation and recovery in responders of all types. We believe that all responders, First Responders, Humanitarian Responders, Hospital Responders, Disaster Responders, Wilderness Responders, and Rescuers are humanitarians who are often injured in the line of response. We are responders serving responders to recognize, understand, and rise from stress related injuries. We believe that strong organizational vitality leads to vital responders, so we support and work with organizations to gain strength, resiliency and vitality in their areas of expertise. We believe that responders who are equipped to support each other and themselves are the best resource in preventing and mitigating stress injuries that occur on mission.
