Restorative Wellness is a small business operating just outside of St. Louis in Shrewsbury, MO. Maureen ("Mo" for short) opened Restorative Wellness with the intention to focus on helping her patients manage their pain so they can enjoy a comfortable and active lifestyle. She has been a licensed massage therapist working in the St. Louis area since 2017 after graduating in the top-3 of her class from the Healing Arts Center.Mo's expertise is in relaxation therapy, energy work, rehabilitation, and injury recovery. She received a certification to work in the school's cancer clinic and has since been highly trained to provide safe therapeutic massage for her cancer patients. Her objective is to provide individualized care to address the specific needs of her clients and help them work towards their personal goals. Some of the most common modalities she practices include: injury recovery, chronic pain management, prenatal care, reflexology, reiki energy work, and relaxation therapy.
