Resurgens Technology Partners is an Atlanta-based private equity firm focused on investing in North American & select European, lower middle-market businesses with a focus on enterprise software. We continue to heavily invest into our portfolio operations resources and capabilities to truly provide a differentiated private equity offering. Our in-house operations team works with our companies across functional areas and key strategic initiatives to help them best compete, grow and succeed to the benefit of the thousands of employees and customers we have in our ecosystem. We are investing our first fund, a ~$200 million institutionally-backed vehicle closed in 2018, and to date, we have made six platform investments, Investment Metrics, Castellan, MackeyRMS, OfficeSpace Software, Axosoft and EnergyCAP along with 5 add-on acquisitions.
