Resurgo, LLC is a cyber engineering firm that deploys advanced cyber security and network defense technologies and solutions for government and industry using our PERCUSSUS TM defense-in-depth lifecycle approach. Our expertise and experience includes hypothesis based experimental design, measures of effectiveness and metrics development, threat assessments and threat mitigation planning, intrusion and fault tolerant network architecture design, testing, and evaluation. We apply our solutions to military and other government networks, commercial networks, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and industrial control systems. We provide strategic planning, Red Team support, accreditation and installation support, network engineering services, and operational sponsor management for the testing or demonstration of prototype technologies in laboratory, test and live networks. We conduct research and development on machine-learning sensors and have a patented process for the deployment of sensors of different modalities or inspection methods for effective defense-in-depth (see US Patent 8,887,285, "Heterogeneous Sensors for Network Defense", E. Jordan et al). Current clients include the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), U.S. Pacific Command, Office of the Secretary of Defense for Advanced Technology & Logistics, and various commercial entities. Our research partners include Johns Hopkins University, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Spread Concepts LLC, Intelligent Automation Inc., and Imprimis Inc. Resurgo, LLC is managed by an Asian Pacific American SBA-certified Woman Owned Small Business concern that is registered and incorporated in the State of Hawaii where we maintain corporate headquarters in Honolulu.
