Retail Category Managers Consortium (RCMC) is an ecosystem of Category Managers from the Retail sector representing Modern Trade Stores, Lifestyle, Beauty and Fashion Retailers, Retail Pharmacy Chains, Exclusive Brand Outlet Chains, Entertainment Retail, Food Service and Catering Retail, Consumer Electronics Retail, Construction Material Retailers, Architect firms, E-Commerce Marketplaces and Buying Houses. RCMC was conceived and unveiled on the occasion of Retail Employees Day on 12 December, 2021 with the objective to facilitate Innovation in Retail. The key objectives of RCMC are knowledge sharing, exchange of best practices, Industry news, job postings, debates and discussions on topics relevant to the Retail sector.
