People want to deal with people who are experts and know everything about whatever it is they are buying or leasing from you. You wouldn't go to a Doctor who specialized in Cardiology and ask him about your bunions would you?! The same should be true for a Broker/Agent. By specializing, you become an expert in your craft. You live and breathe it. You want to continually hone it so you can become a resource people come to and learn to trust.
