Reveles' areas of expertise cover corporate and shipboard operations management, such as, but not limited to human resource management (including MLC 2006), marine safety and environmental operations and auditing (including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), and emergency management.The company's founder and owner is Captain Nico Corbijn, a veteran maritime industry executive. Nico has worked directly or as a consultant for most large cruise lines, including Carnival Corporation, Carnival Cruise Line, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean International. Nico also worked for high-end cruise lines, such as Windstar Cruises, Majestic America Line (combination of American Steamboat Company, Delta Queen Steamboat Company, and American West Steamboat Company), Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas.Nico has a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Marine Transportation from the Maritime Institute "De Ruyter" in Vlissingen, The Netherlands. He is a Master Mariner and a RABQSA Certified EMS Environmental Auditor. He is also an HRCI certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), as well as a Global Professional in HR (GPHR).
