Revere Title Agency, Inc. was established and opened for business in January of 2003. Thomas A. Vacca and his wife, Judy, decided to open their own title agency after a combined 40 years in the title industry with one of Ohio's lending Title Insurance companies. They, along with 14 other experienced and dedicated Title Insurance and Escrow professionals, formed the company with a commitment to providing exceptional service to Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, Homebuilders and home-sellers and buyers. We are proud to say that we now have 34 staff members to assist you!Revere Title primarily services Cuyahoga and surrounding counties in Northeast Ohio, but is able to provide real estate and closing services in all of Ohio's 88 counties. As an authorized Agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title and Old Republic National Title, Revere is able to offer its services, or assistance, to customers on residential and commercial transactions on a national basis as well. This is accomplished through the national service networks created by its' Underwriters, wherein local branch or agency offices are contacted to help coordinate and expedite the real estate transfer process and closing requirements.Revere's main office is located in Independence, Ohio. In April of 2004 Revere opened its' first branch office in Hudson, Ohio to better serve Summit, Portage and Stark county area realty professionals. We are happy to announce that May, 2016 we opened a branch office in Chardon, Ohio to better serve Lake and Geauga counties.In addition to its three offices, Revere Title has created three Affiliated Title ventures, namely; Signature Title Agency of Northern Ohio, Founders Title Agency and Traditions Title Agency.
