We honor them by creating cheeses that use recipes and techniques handed down and enjoyed by families across Europe for centuries.We also believe in healthy soil, happy animals, and fresh ingredients; therefore, you won't find chemicals or preservatives in our cheese. Our flagship farm and creamery is nestled in Newburg, Pennsylvania and our farm stand is in Harrisburg's Broadstreet Market.
