The decision to open a real estate firm was following my deep passion for helping folks realize the American Dream of home-ownership. Founded on the belief that a better consumer experience would result if the real estate broker and mortgage banker had a more integrated process and better communication, I felt the need to explore a relatively unique real estate brokerage model. Revolution Real Estate Services, LLC was formed to provide listing and selling services on an a-la-cart and as needed basis. Not ALL consumers value ALL of the services bundled into the typical agency agreement offered by most firms. After helping several clients buy and sell homes while saving tens of thousands of dollars in fees, it became clear that to successfully grow the Company would require a bigger commitment than I could make. The mortgage industry was in the midst of incredible change, and since my skill set was more suited to the home finance industry, the choice was obvious. The focus had to be on meeting the challenges facing the mortgage industry. Although I still hold firm on my commitment to helping those pursuing responsible home-ownership, my formula is to align myself with only those real estate practitioners who put the long-term benefit of the consumer ahead of their commission. Fortunately, there are many real estate agents out there who share in those values. I am always honored to introduce my clients to high-trust real estate professionals.
