All field inspection work is completed by Duane Richard.Duane Richard is a full time loss control inspector and has been performing commercial inspection in the Central Texas area for 8 years. Born in Lafayette, Louisiana. Duane has a strong background in Facilities Management, Safety Management, Construction Management and Plant Safety Manager all for a Fortune 50 company. He has held positions in Facilities Management, Logistics Management, Safety Manager, and Warehouse Manager. Experience as a Loss Control Inspector includes Commercial Auto, Garage Liability, Professional Liability, Property, General Liability, Commercial Fleet, Contractors Liability, Product Liability, and Workers Compensation. Duane has experience in performing Workers Compensation fatality investigations.Risks inspected include food processing, metal manufacturing, restaurants, condos, apartment, office buildings, garages, used car lots, farm/ranches, mining operations, and retail centers.Duane has a medical background with several courses taken in emergency management, EMT Basic, EMT Advanced, and EMT Paramedic. Duane has schooling and field experience in being a Diver Medic as well as a remote location medic.
