An all Volunteer group ready to provide the municipalities of the Rio Grande Valley, and the surrounding areas, with Emergency Assistance to include: Search and Rescue/Recovery, Small Boat Operations, Debris Removal, Damage Assessments, and Points of Distribution. To be readily available to support municipalities in their efforts to secure the livelihood and property of those affected by a disaster, whether it be man made or naturally occurring. We will deploy, certified and vetted individuals, willing to help those in need while providing a safe and secure working environment.
