Rhea Capital AS was established in 2005 by a group of investors and entrepreneurs in the greater Bergen area. Rhea Capital AS is an investment company with NOK 50 million in committed capital. The company is fully invested.After success with Rhea Capital AS the founders agreed to establish another investment company in 2007 - Rhea Capital II AS – where one also accepted some new investors. Rhea Capital II AS is established with NOK 150 million in committed capital. Since no investments were made in 2008, the company still has more than NOK 80 million left for new investments. In order to be able to manage, optimize and identify new investments, the founders established Rhea Capital Management AS in late 2007. Rhea Capital Management AS manage the investments on behalf of Rhea Capital AS and Rhea Capital II AS through an agreement of administration.Rhea Capital represent active ownership on behalf of its investors from, primarily Bergen and Austevoll. Rhea Capital Management AS key objectives are to deliver high return by providing competence and capital for strategic and financial performance in the companies we invest in.
