The product is the sole product of Houston, Texas-based spirits company, RJS Spirits, LLC, a M/WBE, owned and operated by its CEO, Stacy Mendenhall. As of July 31, 2011, the product is now licensed, sold and distributed in Kentucky, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Arizona, Arkansas, New York, New Jersey, Idaho, North Carolina and is in the process of adding more states nationwide and sold internationally in the UK and Germany.
