Prior to starting her entrepreneurial venture, she was a Partner at Juris Prime Law Services, Hyderabad. During the last 14 years, she has represented some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Intuit, Expedia, Samsung, Lenovo, Ciena, etc. She has advised companies in their multi-million dollar acquisitions as well as assisted start-ups in structuring their investment deals involving a corpus of more than USD 1 million. She has played a crucial role in several cross-border negotiations by drafting and negotiating agreements involved in such transactions. She has also drafted and successfully negotiated share-holders agreements, share purchase agreements, software licensing, business transfer agreements, e-commerce and outsourcing agreements, privacy policies, terms of use, etc. She also specializes in data protection in India and the EU.She has advised domestic and multinational clients on employment law matters from furloughs, inquiries for misconduct, disciplinary issues, terminations, employment contracts, secondment agreements, employee bonds, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, employee transfers, drafting of human resource manuals, due diligences, pre and post-employment restrictions and covenants, work conditions, maternity benefits, closures, etc. She regularly conducts workshops on prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace for various companies across the board. She also serves as the external member of the Anti-Sexual harassment committees of clients, and has considerable experience in resolving sexual harassment complaints.
