Richard Hopkinson Architects is an award winning RIBA chartered practice working across the UK. We are a team of dedicated Architects working closely with clients to give a personal, expert service.As well as our core skill of Architecture the practice offers a range of services including: Project Management, Masterplanning, Interior Design and Sustainability advice. Richard Hopkinson is also registered as an RIBA Client Adviser and BREEAM assesor and has expertly guided many clients through the building process leading to more successful projects. We also work across a variety of work sectors including Education, Residential, Public and Commercial. We have recently completed a fourth phase of the remodeling of Waltham Forest College in London which included a £6.5M Creative Arts Centre Building and a refurbishment of a 1960's building and new auditorium for East Kent College. In the housing sector we have completed a contempory refurbishment and large extension of a house in Kent which has been a finalist in the RIBA South East Awards and AJ Small Projects Award.
