Established in 2006, Rick Hiebert Art Consulting has evolved from providing cataloguing and appraisal services primarily for collectors of Inuit art into offering services to general collectors of fine art and other valuable articles, including appraisals for insurance coverage, donation appraisals (including cultural property) and estate appraisals. In addition to appraisals, collection management services are also offered. I work very closely with the Insurance Industry, as I am the only appraiser in the Canadian Chapter of the International Society of Appraisers that has passed the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licensing exam.
