Ridenco Holdings SA is a Greece-based commercial enterprise established in 1982. The Company is active in the import, wholesale, and retail trade of men's, women's and children's apparel, footwear, accessories, and cosmetics. It has the exclusive representation of the foreign houses TIMBERLAND in the Balkan region and Cyprus, NAUTICA in Greece, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Cyprus, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Estonia, and LA MARTINA in Greece and Cyprus, as well as VIBRAM Five Fingers and LE DUKE in Greece. The Company offers these products through the operation of single- and multi-line stores. As of December 31, 2009, Ridenco's store network comprised of 177 points-of-sale of which 42 mono-brand stores, 1 outlet department store, 10 franchise-type collaborations, and 46 corners inside department stores in Greece and 79 mono-brand stores in its international markets. The Company also offers consulting services for retail, wholesale, and supply chain operations, as well as merchandising services.
