After 20 years in the Auction profession Joe Phillips has built a large multi-business complex in Fort Gratiot, MI. The complex is located on 10 acres in over 30,000 square feet of buildings. The main building of over 20,000 square feet houses a Live Auction Room capable of seating 400 people, a large 60 booth indoor Flea Market, Restaurant, 32 Flavor Ice Cream Parlor, Coffee Shop with Wireless Internet and Internet Cafe for Live Internet Auction Bidding, Reading Room and Internet Sales Offices. Also on the property with the main complex is the 7,000 square foot wholesale warehouse and workshop, 3,000 square foot greenhouse and 5 acre outdoor Flea Market. The Auction company also offers appraisal services, estate planning, repossession services and Real Estate Sales. Because all of our businesses compliment each other we are able to offer multi service plans for liquidation of assets in almost any area.
