Riga'a is an Arabic term meaning Patch in English. We named Riga'a after patching all kinds of cloth & borders into ourproducts like trays, baskets, bags, jars, clothes, etc. It is the brainchild of Ms. Mariam Sultan Nasser Al Suwaidi in expression ofher love of the native products and various handicrafts. It all started in her desire to present to the public all crafts productsand vintage Emirati ideas which are currently hardly seen due to its scarcity. These items show love to the culture andheritage of the UAE.• Our work is all about modernized heritage items. You can use it for gifts, flowers, dates, biscuits, etc.You choose your own way of creativity.• As you can see in most of our products, they are basically handmade with the labor of love and motivation of what wereally want to show. Most of them are made up of native materials from palm leaves, straws, wood, linens, etc. and eventuallypatched by our colorful choice of vibrant cloths to make it more beautiful and modernized to flaunt its beauty and also tosatisfy your style and taste.
