Our growth strategy has also centered on the Account Managers we recruit. We understand that clients like to deal with people they know and trust and so we work hard to retain some of the best talent in the Recruitment Industry. Many of our Account Managers have been with us since we first opened our doors in 1996; this is testament to the development, training and ethos that we instil into of our employees.2014 saw Smart Solutions purchase RDUK, with and 24 month plan to integrate it in to Smart Solutions national brand.
