RightPeople DME Pvt Ltd was established in 2015 as Success Tours, a Croatian registered company. The core business of the company then was providing destination management services to tour operators & travel agents (B2B) in India. It was an instant success (as the name suggests) due to the newness of the destination & their ability to deliver quality services to the Indian traveller. It remains the largest operator to Croatia from India offering leisure & MICE services. Subsequently in 2019 the company was re-branded as RightPeople DME Pvt Ltd (DME stands for Destination Management Experts). The idea was to offer the same quality of services & innovation in the product for different destinations around the world. This was spearheaded by coming together of two colleagues Ruzbe Daruwala & Ashutosh Mehere, both stalwarts in the travel industry having spent 25+ years in just two companies viz, SOTC Kuoni and Cox & Kings. Ruzbe, with his core competence in product & operations and Ashutosh in marketing & finance, are an apt combination complementing each other's skill-sets. Individually, they have been managing franchisee networks all over India & abroad for more than a decade.
