GrowingOur production is supported by our coffee farm located in Dimiao, Bohol. We also closely collaborate with local farmers, constantly promoting good agricultural practices.2. HarvestingFor us it's extremely important to pick only the ripe cherries. The ripe cherries are characterized by their red colour. At this point the coffee bean is fully developed, which will give the coffee its best flavours.3. RoastingOur beans are roasted daily. Having the coffee roasted in small and frequent batches will guarantee a fresh brew every time. We give to our coffee blends an intense roast, providing deep flavours and rich aromas.
