We offer:Pre-construction, construction, and operational consulting services for innovative environments - aquatic features (pools, spas, water features, splash pads) and artificial rockwork for the hospitality, theme park, zoo and aquarium, municipality, and private industries. Our consulting services consist of: Pre-construction: design/design-assist & engineering (we work with many leading designers and engineers in the aquatic and rockwork industry), cost estimation, constructability review, scheduling, and project staffing. Construction Management: external consulting services and project manager guidance. Operational: training and development. Facility, energy, and sustainability assessments and reporting. Construction deficiency and expert witness reviews. Risk Management - we review existing, new, and renovation projects to ensure that they follow national standards. An area we specialize in is elevated pool projects where risk is very high.
