Rio Transport was incorporated in July 2004. Rio was started with 2 trucks and 2 trailers with an emphasis to serve the Southeast to Mexican market. Since operations began in January of 2005 we have grown to 35 trucks and over 45 trailers and our service area has extended to the Midwest, Northeast and the Southwest. We are based in Greenville, South Carolina where we have a terminal and a 20,000 square foot secured warehouse. Some of our features are as follows:• Asset-based trucking company• We currently operate 35 trucks all with 53' dry vans• We service all areas east of the Rockies• Providing service to various locations within Mexico• Trailer tracking on all of our trailers• Local and intrastate service available• Warehousing services available• Woman-owned, WBENC certifiedAs a smaller truckload company, we are extremely flexible and are interested in handling either one-way or dedicated loads.
