A stainless steel keg is essentially a small winery vat, therefore requires minimal handling and minimal sulphur (preservatives).With wine on tap there is minimal wastage. From the keg, wine is exactly as our winemaker intended, as kegged wine slows down the ageing process. Frankly it's the biggest innovation in wine since the screw-cap.
