Riparian provides treatment for individuals in the Tampa Bay area who are deemed at risk for violence, including targeted violence, in the workplace, school setting, and community. We also provide consultation to organizations utilizing threat assessment to thwart potential attacks and instruct facilities regarding setting up and maintaining threat assessment teams. In addition, Riparian facilitates training and seminars to educational administration, faculty, staff, and parents regarding prevention of violence, bullying, Individualized Education Programs, and developmental disabilities. We also assist business management, human resources, and staff with Fitness for Duty evaluations, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, and workplace bullying as well as perform a variety of assessments and evaluations commonly used in the legal setting.
