RIPCO is the only French language journal exclusively dedicated to the field of organizational behavior. The journal, first known as the Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie at its inception in 1994, has published more than 900 articles to date.Starting in 2005, a new editorial team enlarged the research on organizational behavior by including the study of behaviors pertaining to individuals, dyads, groups and organizations, as well as their mutual interactions.In 2008, the journal won the ADVANCIA CCIP Award (Paris). In 2011, the journal changed its name to the Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie et de gestion des Comportements Organisationnels (RIPCO) in order to better express its areas of expertise.RIPCO is referenced in the following academic Journal rankings: ESSEC (2009), HARZING (2010), FNEGE (2011), AERES (2012) and HCERES (2015). It is also listed in the following databases: CAIRN, ProQuest Sociology Database, Social Science Database, Social Science Premium Collection, and Google Scholar.
