Rise is the first lifestyle medicine social health platform designed by and for integrated health systems that inspires and delivers health to populations-- all within a novel infotainment experience.Rise puts each members in the center of their health story, teaching, equipping, and inspiring from the moment they step into the platform. The clinically guided and outcomes-based journey begins in tandem with a produced docuseries featuring 15 unique cast members.Rise members become part of the story's progression -- the challenges, lessons, and victories -- making them feel like the 16th cast member. Action and outcomes are supported in close and constant community with people who self-identify with a single cast member of the show, a supportive place where habits are fortified, successes are shared, and connection continues -- throughout the season one and into season two.
