Rise Together for Africa(RiTA) is an initiative which serves to equip, empower and encourage, young people of African descent, studying and living in Germany, to recognize the knowledge and expertise they are gaining, to be vital to the rebuilding of Africa.Goal: Create a new breed of responsible „Leaders" in all institutions and across all levels.—Also to create, with local Africans a synergy that will be instrumental in finding strategies and implementing systems for the future of Africa—To invite all, regardless of ethnic or cultural background, to take part in and contribute to the socio-economic development of the continentOur Strategy:- Offer Leadership training Seminars, Workshops, Podium discussions and Leadership conferences in Universities connected to us.—- Invite Professors, Entrepreneurs, Political leaders and other influencial people to come and mentor the African students.—- Make Internships available in Germany and Africa for practical usage of information learnt—- Catalyze Professor und Student Exchange Programs—- Establish RiTA as a franchise organization in all German Universities and expand further out—
