We have a particular focus on tourism and recreational opportunities that deliver net positive economic, social and environmental outcomes.Having worked with some of Australia's prominent bluechip developers on over five billion dollars worth of property development, our team have an eye for identifying innovative solutions and pursuing sustainable investments.Co-founded in 2008 by multi award-winning architectural entrepreneur Adrian Bold and Melbourne property veteran Manny Loupas, Riser+Gain served as a property development consultancy before a significant restructure in 2012 led us to pursue property development in joint or wholly owned ventures.In 2015, R+G welcomed veteran Tasmanian construction manager Bob Bradshaw and golf tourism proponent Christian Rainey to pursue several validated opportunities together.
