Rising Light Ridge will be located on an awe-inspiring 3000 acre property in the Pocono Mountains, it will be a Kingdom advancing ministry campus intentionally designed and constructed to challenge, inspire and equip those attending and serving in any of our programs to grow personally and as a community. Rather than focusing on disability or disadvantage, programming will emphasize each individual's unique, God-given abilities, as well as the inherent value they each possess as His children.When fully realized, it will represent a physical expression of the strategic ministry focuses of TTF by bringing Faith, Hope and Love through hands-on ministry to the most vulnerable and marginalized, equipping future leaders, strengthening families, providing opportunities to rest and heal, and much more.Long-term plans for the community include residential summer camp, weekend retreats, local community events, adaptive adventure elements, animal-assisted programming, and long-term training and education programs designed to spark true cultural change in how every individual is viewed and valued.The community will also serve as a place of respite and strengthening for families taking care of a loved one with special needs; parents and siblings will experience a time of physical, spiritual, and emotional renewal, leaving them feeling refreshed and supported in the days to come.see less
