After a decade as a pastry chef in NYC, Taylor traded flour for flowers. She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she's now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. Taylor loves creating customized event proposals, growing a huge variety of delicate blooms and pushing her creative design limits. She is also passionate about giving back to her agricultural community and protecting our gorgeous NJ coastline through environmental activism.Follow our journey as we expand our acreage in the 2022 growing season to offer more locally grown fresh flowers, all natural botanical dyes, an in house line of botanical wellness products and our first season of saffron and infused finishing salts for the culinary community.
