Rivas International was founded by its President, Joe Rivas III. As a retired Army Green Beret, Joe continued to do consulting work for high risk international and domestic defense operations. Joe embedded himself in the corporate world as an unconventional project manager utilizing his special operations expertise and now is steam rolling the cannabis industry with his team of professionals.
