Our goal is to acquire established companies and help them continue to create substantial value for their customers, employees, and investment partners.ROG looks for Investment opportunities where companies have a history of success and meet the following general criteria:- Ability to acquire controlling interest- At least 2-3 years of profitable operating history- Revenues of at least $700,000 and the ability to handle the debt loadROG is a small group of professionals who can react quickly to opportunities and are flexible and creative at structuring deals that will meet the objectives of selling shareholders. The team is presently supported by an advisory board made up of seasoned professionals.
