Our REIT Investors are interested in pools of whole closed loans in the Jumbo Residential mortgage space. They will bid aggressively on fixed and hybrid adjustable loans. Premium pricing is available if the pools qualify. Hedge Funds and Private Equity Investors are value and yield driven. They will usually buy loans that are deficient and non-deliverable but performing at a discount that will return yield and value to the investors of these funds. They also have interests in NPN pools that are not performing at a deep discount.
