Membership is limited to one person per business category so there is no competition between members. Weekly short business introductions and lengthy semi-monthly presentations help members uncover the most effective features and benefits within their sales pitch. This information allows fellow members to become intimately familiar with each other's business and facilitate confident recommendations to their friends and colleagues. We learn the "cues" to identify people who are in need of fellow members' products and services, and the "triggers" to convince them to call.
