We provide this service in two ways: By hosting the largest vetted database for SOF and infantry type personnel looking for employment in the industry. The database is utilized to create opportunities for RIVTAC verified members with our clients staffing requirements.RIVTAC awarded subcontracts for opportunities with the military and private companies, where hiring is done exclusively from the verified database unless sourcing is not possible based on the clients statement of work.
