RJ Behar was established as a corporation in the State of Florida in 1999, to provide personalized services in the disciplines of engineering, planning, and construction management/engineering inspection to public sector clients throughout Florida. Mr. Robert J. Behar, PE is the founder and president of RJ Behar. He is the Principal in Charge on all projects and Mr. Juan H. Vazquez, PE, Ph, BCEE serves as the Vice-president of the Company. Our Principal's have been together since 2000. RJ Behar has grown during this period of time to 36 employees, of which 15 are Registered Professional Engineers. We pride ourselves on having continuity of our staff, which enhances the quality of our product. Our steady growth has been based on providing quality services with a client service-oriented approach.
