Quality products and services, with roughly 1,000 participating manufacturers or companies, international in scope, but for us, primarily U.S.A, and mostly in Southern California. This would be what Simon Sinek calls my "WHY". His book was one of the single most influential sources to move through our system, converting a 25-yr software engineer (employee) mindset to that of an owner. The next 25 years were spent time-sharing this great job with the greater business of my own. It became easy to create a "raise" for myself and my family. Having fun, making money, and making a difference.We call it a "Plan B", a part-time endeavor that allows individual talent, creativity, drive, energy, etc, to create a cashflow asset.
