Rob Webb is a former Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with over 30 years experience in philanthropic development, government relations and nonprofit management. He is a former national trainer in annual giving and capital campaigns for both the American Red Cross and the YMCA of the USA. Rob Webb is a former City Councilman in Long Beach, California where he served as Chairman of both the Economic Development and Finance Committee and Harbor and Tidelands Committee. He also served as Vice-Chairman of the Federal Legislative and Environmental Affairs Committee. Rob has been active in his community for over 30 years and served as a founding director of the Long Beach Sports Council, the Local Organizing Committee of the 2004 United States Olympic Swim Trials and the Long Beach Aquatic Capital of America Foundation. Rob was a member of the Long Beach Century Club, a graduate of Leadership Long Beach and is past president of both his local Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce. Rob Webb has served as a consultant/trainer for the Long Beach Nonprofit Partnership and member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Los Angeles Chapter. He is also a former Mexican Liaison Officer with the United States Lifeguard Association developing lifeguard programs throughout Latin America.Rob Webb moved to Maui, Hawaii in 2016 to pursue his life-long dream. He is an avid waterman and his hobbies include stand up paddle boarding, sailing, bodysurfing, SCUBA diving, spearfishing and open water swimming. Rob is a long-time Master of Ceremonies (MC) for nonprofit special events and is currently serving as a Development Consultant for the Maui Pops Orchestra and a DJ at Mana'o Radio KMNO 91.7 FM Maui, Hawaii.
