We use the latest in diagnosing equipment to find all the energy loss areas in the home. We use a blower door to find the infiltration/exfiltration areas, along with infra red and smoke testing. We also test the HVAC duct work for leakage.\Along with occupant behavior these sre the three most important areas to test. We are also certified to determine the actual efficiency level of your HVAC system and do air balance testing. Our most important concern is Carbon monoxide CO. If there are combustion appliances in conditioned space we do spilllage and leakage tests under worst case scenario conditions to ensure there is no CO present that could harm the occupants in a 'tighter' home.
