Rocks Management Group (RMG) was originally founded by Sarah Seado, a musician and visual artist from southern Florida. The agency initially only catered to musical talents and worked as a simple liaison between recording companies/talent agencies and the artist. After having discussed with a personal friend the nature of her intentions with further growing and developing the management agency, he agreed to contract Sarah as his social media manager on a trial basis. This agreement would soon become what was the first of several clients that RMG would have. The company has grown into a developing publicity and management agency after some success with signing on a second client in the literary industry strictly for PR reasons. RMG now offers consulting and management services to artists and writers in the entertainment industry as well as business types and public figures in all other industries. Currently, the company is still run and closely maintained by Sarah Seado, and manages clients ranging from a start-up, independent publication to several authors and musicians. RMG is headquartered in southern Florida and offers most services pro-bono, although that determination is on a client-to-client basis
