We lay rejuvenated hot mix asphalt on top of a hot planed/milled surface providing a monolithic bond, (no tack needed) which will not allow water to penetrate the seam between the top and base course. Ensuring the elimination of pot holes in the future! FASTER: We leave a finished product at the end of every day, ready to be driven on; reducing traffic congestion, pedestrian inconveniences. More importunately reducing your liability of raised manholes, catch basins and rough milled surfaces. CLEANER: All our materials are already located and on your roads onsite. We eliminate: mining operation, trucking of aggregate, cold milling process & haulage to asphalt plants (creating mountains of RAP with harmful run off fines), we eliminate emissions made by asphalt plants & trucking back to the job site. GREENER: Hot In-Place Recycling uses 70% less petroleum products, we use 100% of the existing aggregate and old asphalt cement on-site and reduce greenhouse gases by 70% compared to conventional paving methods.
