R.O.B. is a sole proprietorship ('eenmanszaak'), that exists since April 2016, where I offer Project Management, Change Management, and Coaching services. When NXP stopped its TV business in 2008, I decided to move from a permanent job to freelance jobs. Since then, I successfully executed several Project Management assignments for bigger companies as an independent project Manager. Till April 1 2016 via payroll constructions and since then from my own company R.O.B.I have more than 30 years of experience in Project Management, mainly on R&D departments and co-operating departments. I managed development projects of both professional and consumer products, in medical, automotive as well as other sectors.Since a couple of years I am also working as a Change Manager in a broader context. Especially in my current job at Philips Innovation Services, next to Philips-wide introduction of new architecture and platform creation processes, I was also involved in the development of these new processes with great pleasure. In doing this I am working together with many Senior Architects and Business Management within several Philips Businesses.Working together with many people in R&D departments and outside for more than 30 years, makes it possible for me to also help others to develop their competences by means of coaching.
