Robellaz was founded as a family business in 1902 in Sainte-Croix, a Swiss Jura town, by Jules Robellaz. Historically Robellaz provided rubies to the most prestigious watch manufacturers. Over the years it has acquired the know-how for machining of parts with very small dimensions requiring high precision and utilization of various hard materials such as ruby, sapphire, tungsten carbide, and ceramics.
