The two primary purposes of the RCSA are to represent and support students at Robinson College, University of Cambridge.Led by the RCSA President, the RCSA Committee consists of 20 elected positions and a representative from the MCR. RCSA Representatives sit on a variety of college committees, including college council, where they are able to communicate student views directly to the staff and fellows in charge.The RCSA ensures that student facilities are maintained, runs events to support the student community, and campaigns on issues to try and make student life at Robinson easier and more enjoyable. The RCSA is responsible for financially supporting societies within Robinson and has its own dedicated Ents team who organise weekly college bops and other events.The RCSA Welfare Team has specialised officers for Women, Men, LGBT+, Black and Minority Ethnic, Overseas and Disabled Students all headed up by the Welfare Officer. The RCSA works with CUSU (Cambridge University Students' Union) to ensure the welfare team has the training they need to offer impartial support and help wherever needed.
