Rob's Forecast, www.robsforecast.com, is dedicated to providing northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia and western North Carolina with timely and accurate weather forecasts, severe weather warnings, travel forecasts and more. \\Rob's Forecast also provides users the ability to subscribe to a Premium Member Forecast. This gives subscribers the ability to access highly detailed forecast including storm arrival times, travel hazards, precipitation chances, amounts and other important details. The Premium Member Service also offers a unique feature called 'Rob's Severe Threat Gage', a scale that gives subscribers an idea of how widespread a severe weather outbreak may be - along with the probability for damaging storms or tornadoes.\\Rob's Forecast also includes 'Flight Trader24' under the 'Travel' tab - a live feature that shows air traffic across the country. A user can click on an individual aircraft and get specific information including flight numbers, arrival times, etc., for commercial aircraft as well as information for private aircraft. This becomes very useful when waiting at an airport for your incoming flight -or- when picking someone up at the airport, giving you the ability to track the flight while its in the air.\\Under the 'Radar' tab, Rob's Forecast features an interactive radar that allows users to view radar images for any part of the country along with severe weather warnings. By clicking on a specific location in the United States, a user has access to a 10 day forecast for that location.\\Rob's Forecast is owned and operated by Rob Batot, a Meteorologist with 20 years of broadcast and forecasting experience across the country. From 2001 to 2013, Rob was the morning Meteorologist for WJHL-TV in Johnson City, TN. Previous broadcast experience included positions with WDIV-TV in Detroit, WPBN, WTOM-TV in Traverse City, Michigan along with KFDX-TV in Wichita Falls, Texas. Rob was also a storm chaser for KFOR in Oklahoma City.
