Rock City Rescue Details
Rock City Rescue is composed of a network of fosters and volunteers who work together to rescue loving, adoptable dogs. The dogs we rescue are often in danger of imminent death as they are on the kill lists at very high volume, high kill pounds. We then spay/neuter, vaccinate, provide flea and heartworm preventative and get them transported north to foster and forever homes. We want the dogs to be in the best possible adoptive home, so we take our time and are diligent in finding the right match. We are always strapped for resources (money, time, space) so if you can donate any of those things, please let us know - if you foster a dog that allows us to save another, if you pay the vet bills for a dog, that allows us to pay the vet bills for another, if you spend time helping place a dog, that allows us to spend time placing another.
